Registration
How much does it cost?
Registration and use of matchmaking365 are free of charge for you!
How do I register for matchmaking365?
Go on the home page http://kiju.mm365-community.com, click on "Sign in" in the upper right corner and enter your data into the mask. Select the profile type that suits you. Once you have accepted the Terms of Use and clicked “Continue”, you are logged in.
Do I have to do something else?
To confirm your registration, you will receive an email with a link and access data from the matchmaking3654 system. Click on the link and then enter the data. After that, you are registered and can continue to complete your matchmaking profile.

What is the members section for?
Get to know potential new business partners! Click on the "Members" tab at the top of the page and search the matchmaking community for matching contacts. On the right side you will find the search function and also see which members are currently online.
How do I search for specific members?
The search mask on the right allows you to search the community by type of member (e.g. "Exhibitor" or "Trade Visitor"), by member name or by company details. In addition, the results can be filtered by profiles with image or by online status. Below you will see a selection of particularly popular members.
Branchen-News
What's the news section for?
Under Branch News you will find everything you need to know about Kind + Jugend as well as specialist content from community members. You can also post up-to-date and useful information about your business and share and network with other members.
How do I find specific information?
Use the search feature under Branch News (on the right) to selectively search the category. You can enter relevant keywords or sort the entries by publication date or number of views. Underneath, you can choose to see all news or just those of your contacts. Yan also search for entries in specific categories by selecting the category of your interest in the drop-down menue.
How do I create my own entry?
Click on "Write New Entry" and enter a suitable, meaningful title. This information is mandatory, but you can optionally add keywords and a category. We highly recommended that you do both because then your entry can be more easily found by interested users. In the text field you enter and edit your text and choose the format and add pictures and links. Under "Status" you can either publish your entry immediately or save it as a draft.
How do I publish a draft?
If you have saved your text as a draft earlier and want to publish it now, click on "My Entries" and find the entry and click on "Edit Entry" next to the text. Now you can select "Published" in drop-down menu under "Status" and click on "Save Changes" below.
Who can see my posts?
Check the box next to " Show this branch news entry in search results" (in “Write New Entry” or Edit Entry”), so that your post can be viewed as a search result by other members.
Privacy: You can modify the visibility of your article by selecting from the drop-down menu whether your contribution will be visible to the entire community, just to your friends and networks, to your friends and their friends, to just your friends, or only to you. You can choose from the same options when you decide who can post comments to your post. Confirm your entries with the button "Post Entry" or "Save changes".
How do I delete a post?
Simply click on "Delete Entry" under "My Entries" (it is on the right, next to the text of the entry). A pop-up appears and you confirm by clicking on “Delete Entry”.
Supply & Demand
What is the Supply & Demand function for?
Under Supply & Demand you will find offers and requests posted by other members - for example requests for new business partners or offers of relevant services. You can also post a listing yourself and present your offer or request to the community. Networking the easy way.
How do I find matches?
Use the search function (“Browse Listings”) under "Supply & Demand" on the right side to look through current offers and requests. You can select which categories you want to search through, restrict your search to active or inactive ads, and sort the entries by publication date or number of views. Below, you can enter relevant keywords, select a specific region, or display only ads with photos.
How do I create my own entry?
Click on "Post a New Listing" and enter a suitable, meaningful title. This information is mandatory, but you can optionally add keywords and a category. We highly recommended that you do both because then your entry can be more easily found by interested users. In the text field you enter and edit your text, choose the format and add pictures and links. Further below you can upload a “Main Photo” that will published on the left hand side of your text and select the region that is relevant to you.
Who can see my posts?

You can choose from the same options when you decide who can post comments to your post. Confirm your entries with the button "Post Listing”
You can then edit your listing, add more photos, close it, or share it on your profile under "My Listings".
How do I delete a post?
Just click on "Delete Listing" under "My Listings" on the right hand side of your text and confirm in the pop-up message that you want to delete it.
Videos
What is the video section for?
Here you can find interesting video clips in which community members showcase their business or product innovation. You can also post your own videos to introduce yourself to the matchmaking community.
How do I post a video?
Click on "Post New Video" and select the source of the video and enter a matching, meaningful title. This information is mandatory, but you can optionally add keywords and a category. We highly recommended that you do both because then your entry can be more easily found by interested users. If "External Site" is your video source, you can paste the link to the video in the next step. The description - if available – will be taken from the source page.
Who can watch my video?
Check the box to "Show this video in search results", so that your video can be listed as a search result and therefore more easily found by other members.

You can then edit your entry under "My Videos".
How do I delete a video?
Just click on "Delete Video" under "My Videos" on the right hand side of the specific video listing and confirm in the pop-up message that you want to delete it.
Polls
What is the polls function for?
The Polls feature helps you get to know the other community members even better. Take part in a survey and discuss with other users industry topics via comments function .
How can I participate in a survey?
Click on the "Polls" tab at the top of the page. You will then see a list of active polls..
Who can create a poll?
Currently, only the page administrators can create polls. If you have suggestions you are very welcome to contact our support team.
General
What are partners and what are partnerships?
Partners are members who have sent a connection request to you and you have confirmed that request. If two users are connected, this is called partnership.
What are categories and where are they displayed?
Categories can be selected by members in their profile under "My Settings".
The selected categories are displayed in the profile of the member and are being used to match members. Among other things, these categories determine what is displayed under "What’s New".
How do I share a post?
Wenn ein User einen Beitrag teilt, teilt er diesen in seiner Timeline. Alle User, mit denen man vernetzt ist, bekommen den geteilten Beitrag angezeigt.
When members share posts, they share it on their timeline. All other members connected with that member can see that post. However, if the author has limited the visibility, only those members can see the shared post that the author has given access to.
Who is allowed to see my posts?
For each content that you want to publish, you can decide which user group can see it. To change or check this setting, you edit your post.
How can I use a filter to specify my search results?
Under each menu item on the right hand side you can find different filter options. For example, you can search for members by name or browse through all registered exhibitors.
How do I select my profile type?
You can select your type of profile during registration. The exception is a profile as exhibitors – this profile type is determined by the administrator.
